light colors & mirrors will make the room look larger.
if you get those japanese paper lams the ones that have the red oki symbol on the that will add some flare, what colors are your walls and your bed spread and furniture?
Hope – Go with mirrors placed opposite the window(s), add "leggy" furniture that doesn’t have a lot of bulk to it, easy on the accessories, and maybe some "billowy" window treatments. As far as color on the walls, keep it close in color (light or dark colors) – nothing with a lot of contrast. And don’t forget to add color on the ceiling to expand the look. Good Luck. LT
